I lost my cd key for my game The Movies. I got a new computer so i don't know what i'm going to do. Help plz

Many applications stress the importance of why you should save the license/key in a safe place. Unfortunately you just encountered one reason to do this.
I'm not sure how The Movies stores their registration information (file, registry entry) and if they store it as the original license/key or some decoding. You may be able to find some information if you search around online. If you can prove you purchased the software you may be able to contact the vendor for a replacement license/key, but if you lost the media with that info, I'm guessing you probably don't have a receipt too. You may have to settle for purchasing it again and considering this a lesson learned.

google for a "keygen" (key generator) for your game. You will probably be able to find a cd key out there somewhere, most games accept many different cd keys, but the Movies might not. Best bet is a keygen for your game. theyre are free little programs you download and it will find/make a cd key that will work for your game. seeing how you bought the game, you might as well be able to play it. it is legal fyi. good luck

Try calling the maker of the game. You'll need some kind of proof that you had the game before though, and that you were the one who purchased it.

the key is somewhere in your registry sorry im unable to tell you where to look for it
