I know this may sound ironic but times I find myself dancing at times when I'm at most stress. I tend to be very modest when I'm dancing but I understand that feeling when theres that theshold of energy that has to be released and I guess the only way to do so is to create sudden movement (dancing).

all the time, just about any song, got caught at my old job onetime dancing around and singing in back and a customer came to the wrong door, i was so embarrassed but it was funny too

hey not only feeling but i do that all the time in my room i put on some good music and i get down with my self .i enjoy it all the time epesially when am dancing to ragga ooohhh men!!! i love it!!!!!!!!!!!
