It can be freezing, but most likely is just above freezing with rain and biting winds.
But if we get a real winter it will be a few degrees below freezing and there will be skating on the canals.
It can also be warm enough to walk around in a sweater and have a drink outside in the sun.
And nobody can predict Dutch weather more than a week ahead, and even then they often have it wrong.

How long is a piece of string? With the weather being unpredictable (here in the UK, for example, it felt surprisingly warm for the start of November) it could be anything. That said, however, chances are it will most definately be cold. If you're lucky you'll get some sunny days although be prepared for rain.
