I have a few suggestions. If you can hear it run while in drain and no water goes out. Did you just replace your garbage disposal? If you did and your drain hose is connected to it the "knock-out" may not be removed which would not allow it to drain. To fix this take your drain hose off of the disposal and put your finger inside the tube that the hose was on and see if you feel anything blocking it, if you do, take a hammer and screwdriver and knock it out.
Second, your drain hose may be clogged, if it is connected to a disposal and not looped up higher than the port it is connected to, waste has a tendency to run doen it and clog it up, once again remove hose from diposal and blow it out into dishwasher and all should be fine
Last, there is a part called the piston and nut assembly (WD24X10018) which is located in the back underneath the grate that goes side to side. Take out the four 1/4" screws and remove the grate, next unscrew the piston and nut assembly. It has a plunger on a spring that engages to go into drain and create a vacuum. If the white rubber gasket in the middle looks deteriorated replace it and try to drain it.
Hope this helps

Normally, there is a screen at the bottom near the upright for the sprayers. Stick your hand down there and see if food is piled up on it. can you hear the pump kick on when it is in the drain mode? The pump may be bad.

Inside the tub, on the left front side is a float switch..it's the water level sensor. It looks like a cylinder standing on end. This sometimes hangs up..slide it up & down a couple of times.

Suck it out with a shop vacuum. Other wise take the hose off and check to see if it is plugged.
