The sucking part may have some local impact, but no major effects. The depths drilled to and the volume of material removed are tiny relative to the planet. Processing and burning the stuff, on the other hand, contributes to widespread pollution, and probably to global warming.

Frankly, nothing we do can really "impact" the planet. It will go on being itself with or without us, with oil in the ground or without it. That oil wasn't always there. It wasn't there at the formation of the planet. The earth will just recycle itself every couple hundred million years through its tectonic plate movements. A hundred million years after we're gone, no one will know we were ever here, except perhaps for some large earth moving projects we've done (roads/mining etc).
Removing oil from the ground has an impact on us and our home (the environment). That's much more important to us than to the planet. Our use of oil has led to pollution of the soil, air, and water. It has also transformed our lives in ways that only a few would be willing to do without (want to die at 45 after half your 12 kids died before age 5?).

Of course it does. It has an impact regarding the amount of carbon in the atmosphere that was previously sequestered in the oil.
Other than that and the effect on the transportation of humans about the planet, not much.
Your question is exceedingly vague. What are you looking for?

Yes, and I'll be glad when we run out of it. Then we will be able to breath clean air. Just think in a few short decades from now you will be paying up to $7.00 a gallon. maybe sooner.
