I thought that people would get the metaphor behind this question, but since some people thought i was being serious, how about i "say by a friend."

Heart. At least they are being 'man enough' to face you and do it. Instead of being childish babies and doing it behind your back!

Well....seeing how I routinely get stabbed in the back at work, I would have to say "been there, done that" to back stabbings. I think I would like to try the heart next. Possibly by cupid's arrow.
but seriously.....it depends on where exactly in the back the knife would land. After all, the heart can be punctured from a stab wound to the back as well as the front

I've been stabbed in the back a few times and had my heart broken a few times too. Does that count?

I would have to say stabbed in the back, my heart is already missing a few pieces & scarred for life. O=(

I would love to be stabbed in the heart cause i have chance of saving myself and if i die fighting then i will be happy that till my last breath i did not give up.
My family & freinds too would be happy that the person they loved was a brave person.

I've had both and the back injury healed much faster than the heart injury.
