I have no idea if we would have gotten UBL right now. I really wish that the intelligence by every country in the world had not been so coerced by Saddam that they did have WMDs. I do know that we are there now, the Iraqis and Afgans are better off, and we have not had a repeat attack since 9-11. The enemy we face is too persistent not to attempt. The most important thing I feel about the here and now is that the Americans who face the enemy have the opportunity to defend themselves. The enemies preferred target is you and everyone else unarmed and unaware in this country.

First, Osama is in an area only a nut would go into to get him. Second, we did not go there for false information. We were there for his numerous violations of UN sanctions. Finally, The whole situation would not be so bad if people who really do not know what they are talking about kept there opinions to themselves and not give support and encouragement to the enemy. The Middle East is a very complicated area and unless you are really informed it would be better to say little and help protect our troops. Peace

maybe maybe not, but we would not have spent nearly 1 trillion dollars on a war and occupation that should never have happened, created a huge mess, and now claim that if we leave the mess will become greater, so that now we have to stay regardless. Its the classic self fulfilling prophecy. You see the whole thing came about because we were told that Iraq was a threat to USA because of all the terrorists running around there and their government having WMD and nukes and passing them out like candy to their islamo fascist buddies. Well it turns out none of that is true, but since muslims and arabs have come there as a result of the invasion to help fight against us, we are saying that we can't leave cause terrrorists are running around Iraq and take over the weak unstable government we have created that needs us to stay there to protect them. It would all be funny if not so sad.

1.2 million Iraqis, and 3000+ Americans would still be alive, 50,000 Americans wouldn't be physically maimed for life, Hundreds of thousands of Americans wouldn't be psychologically maimed, America wouldn't owe so much to China.
