I need help thinking of some names. I want to name my baby a unique but really pretty name. I need boy and girl names. I was thinkin of Zaniyah for a girl and Ja'Maury for a boy but i don't know. Any ideas?

I love Zaniyah! It is really unique! I have a cousin is named Zaniyah! I also like Keyonna, Teyonna, Trevione, Desaun and Desaun. I am 38 wks pregnant and want to namy my baby Janiyah but the only thing is its very very hard to find middle names for it. Maybe Isaiah Ja'Maury or Kayden Ja'Maury.....Like my mother told me its your baby so you name it whatever name u want...just not a ghetto name. Its kinda ignorant when ppl bash the names that other ppl decide on...everybody's name taste inst the same....I just don't like it when ppl name babies ghetto anmes that u can't pronounce then when the child gets older ppl already sterotype them by thier name.

OK do this....
write out your FULL name
write out your spouses FULL name
add a name of two that is special to you
Now break them all into pieces (syllables).
Re-arrange the pieces and say them out loud.
You will be bound to find names that are not only unique, sound good, BUT also have abit of both parents in it. One more thing, before getting TOO attached to it, search for it on the net using Yahoo.com or Google.com since you dont want to get caught of guard finding out that its got a bad history.
There are also some online sites which generate random names which are fun to read thru.

Comment: take it from someone that knows. I had a common first name and started going by my unusual middle name when I was a teen. We called our son by his unusual middle name and he started going by his very common first name as a teen. Lesson to be learned? Do not saddle your child with all common or all unusual, and expect them to switch later. :-)
