You can't let it bottle up inside. If you are embarrassed to talk to someone you know, or face to face then you can email me. I have no clue who you are and vice versa. I won't judge you as that is not my place. No one is perfect. Remember that. I'll try to give you the best advice I can.

if you don't have a counselor or a free therapist near you. you can always try to talk to us. We may don't have the perfect answer but maybe just getting it all out there can help you not to be so conflicted and confused.

find someone you trust and respect and let them know.... or a school counselor.
you need to talk about your issue in order to work it out.
if you do not seek help, it's your own fault, hon... do what you have to do in order to take care of YOU... and if asking for help is what you need, then please do that. take care.
