Buck Owens and the Buckaroos.

Being from Georgia, yes I remember Buck Owens and Hee Haw. Did you know that Buck Owens and Dwight Yoakam did a duet singing "Streets of Bakerfield"? Just realized I answered your question with another question! LOL!!

Oh yes...I grew up in a house that was very into country music, so I knew all the older country singers. I guess you probably know that Dwight Yoakum has a new cd in memory of Buck where he sings all Buck Owens songs?!

Virtually everyone who likes true country music knows Buck. He was one of the biggest selling artists of the late fifties and early sixties.
I have to correct Don C.
Ringo did a version of Buck's "Act Naturally", not vice versa.

Does anyone else think this series of "Do you remember..." questions is the country equivalent of Chris Farley's "Bad Interviewer" character on Saturday Night Live?
