I could upward push up via 4:30am to get to paintings on time in the process the week (giving time for extremely waking up, a shower & such & bus journey), yet I regularly of course awaken around 3-3:30 extremely, without my alarm. My physique's clock is in basic terms too good, i assume. I consistently awaken around 3:00-4:00 on the weekends, no remember how late I went to sleep the night formerly. i attempt to get decrease back to sleep, yet I in basic terms land up napping for under like 15-20 minutes formerly I awaken lower back, so i do no longer even attempt anymore. Now I in basic terms upward push up when I awaken. now and lower back i'm getting plenty finished in those wee hours, like cleansing or cooking, different around-the-abode kind stuff & now and lower back I in basic terms play around on the internets or examine, watch a movie, or something.
