I really like the name Alisa, it is very pretty. I like Sienna spelt this way, but not so much Cienna - if that's the one you like then go with it though.

Anytime you name your child something with an unusual spelling, not only will you need to spell it for everyone, so will your child. Think of a 90 year old saying, "my name is Sienna, but spelled C-i-e-n-n-a." As a teacher, I see how frustrated these kids get, and as a person with a weirdly spelled name, I can tell you that life can suck because of it. Please just think of that before naming your child. Same deal with Alyssa, spelled Allisa--spell it normally.
Sienna Alyssa is terrible because of the double a combo with the last A and the first A. It will sound choppy and like her name has just been skipped like a bad record. Go with Alyssa Sienna if you're set on the combo. At the same time, that has a similar problem with the "s" sounds of each name. I think you can do better! I like both names on their own, but not combined.

What about Sierra? Cienna sounds a little weird to be honest.
Did you know that sienna is also a pretty ugly color. It's a type of orange/brown clay. Look here~

How about 'shallow gene pool' Spelling a word differently to make a name out of it only makes it weirder. Remember that your daughter will have to use her name for her entire life. Don't put a curse on her at birth. Think of something that school bullies cannot use as a weapon against her.
