It comes off an old Sears gas boiler heating system model no. 229963640 (originally made by Dunkirk). I have found numerous 7021s on the Internet but nothing for 7021-5370 (it is a type U12B, 3150 RPM, 110v, case 0908). ANY help is appreciated as my house is COLD! I went to Sears but they want $214 so it is a no go there.

I called the local Fasco dealer and he could not find a cross reference number. I am at my wits end.

try..W.W. Grangers..or a local motor repair/sales business..ive repaired electric motors for 35 yrs and believe me, you can find a replacement..it wont be exactly like the one you have..but they do have likenesses..universal is another type of motor...try ''dayton'' electric or ''furnace''..check with these guys on line..also let them know how many blowers are on the motor and what direction the motor runs..(cw/ccw)is it a single shaft or double shaft...good luck
