I think people are watching me just like the Truman Show. I think my parents are actors. I really do think the world is watching me. Because everytime I walk past people they just stare at me. Then people just smile and smirkat me, like its some big joke.

People know my real name. Tell me how do people know my real name?
Let me find out that my parents are just actors, and my sister is an actor.

Let me find out that this world is a joke, and everyone been watching me.

You people need to tell me the truth.

What are you doing right now?

AB. AB! This is Jeff. Your entire life is a lie.

They're going to cut me off quick. Don't have much time.

Your real parents sold you to a movie studio when you were an infant. Everything after that had been staged to make sure that you live a perfect life.

Do you really think that real people live the perfect lives that you.......Oh god. They're here. Heed my words. Get away. Run for your life.

(Door opening, sound of heavy footsteps) BAM! (large thud as something falls to the ground.)

It's a strange feeling isn't it? Believing that something is true, yet knowing that it isn't, that it can't be.

Delusions feel like the real thing, they are pretty convincing. I've had a similar experience, caused by drugs. What you need to do is write a list of each thing that makes you believe what you do. Write down all your feelings / beliefs, then guess the percentage chance of each thing being true (using facts not emotions). Look at how silly your beliefs are, they are purely emotional, based on feeling.

This worked for me, it let me keep my brain together while I was having a complete paranoid breakdown, I learned to simply ignore worry. My episode was only a temporary thing on a bad come-down, I just rode it out for a few days. If yours isn't drug or stress related then you should probably see a doctor.

Enlightenment is like the moon reflected on the water.
The moon does not get wet, nor is the water broken.
Although its light is wide and great,
The moon is reflected even in a puddle an inch wide.
The whole moon and the entire sky
Are reflected in one dewdrop on the grass.

This world is a show…

The trick is to be a spectator and not become part of the act…

Advice: don’t get front seats either…

I think you think too much.
You need to take a trip. Go see another place and learn about another culture.
