Other than weather satellites, there isn't one. There aren't enough surveillance satellites to cover the Earth on a daily basis, and what pictures are taken are mostly proprietary and not freely available.

The above answer is correct. Detailed, closeup pictures are never live. Even the CIA cannot get continuous live pictures from satellites. To get such pictures the satellites have to be in very low orbits where they can only see a small part of the Earth at once and they constantly move over different places as they orbit and Earth rotates under them. The best that is available is a snapshot every few days, but as has been pointed out, free services rarely have the most recent snapshots.

wow you are asking allot but don't forget the up close images on google earth are not Satellite they are taken from an aircraft it would take a really powerful camera to see details like that from space and it would also require good weather and its not something you can do on the internet because it could be classed as spying if you want a live Satellite image the best thing to do is launch your own satellite.

the best is here:

http://www.skyandtelescope.com/

interactive sky chart, it gives you a "from standing here" view including the horizon with simulated trees and houses.

you have to register though.

another good one is:
http://www.heavens-above.com/main.aspx?lat=41.40978&lng=-74.53125&loc=Unspecified&alt=0&tz=EST

This one is especially good for finding the ISS in the night sky as well.
