Sounds like growing pains. They are very painful you just have to be cautious when you move or do certain things. Make sure you drink enough fluids as well it can help. It will also help to keep your bowels moving. And eat more fiber too. Good luck and congrats!

All the pains you are having are normal. The lower abdomen cramps are from your uterus and your ligaments stretching, and back pain is VERY common in pregnancy. You are probably constipated (I know I am) from the prenatal vitamins you're taking. My doctor told me to pick up a stool softener to help out with the constipation because straining could cause hemorrhoids. It's the iron in the vitamins that makes you constipated, so if you don't want to take a stool softener or laxative, try some prune or apple juice or even spinach or salad works fine. good luck & congrats!!

I had those pains in my early pregnancy. I started to do daily walks to help alleviate the pain. The worst was when I woke up and felt sore all over. It will get better. If you have trouble pooping, my doctor told me I need to take stool softeners daily until I have a bowel movement. If you haven't gone a day or two, take a stool softener. They have been a savior in my pregnancy. Don't push to make it come out, you can get hemmroids and that is another pain you don't need right now.

Eat more fiber so you're not pushing, thats dangerous at your stage. You can use benefiber- dump a bunch on your cereal every morning. It saved me during pregnancy :)

THe pains after sitting and when standing sound just like round tendons, and you're right in the window for them. They hurt just like you're speaking of.

However, if youre concerned call your OB :)

This is frequently typical. If the main issue will get worse or is extreme, speak for your Doctor. I had terrible again pains for the period of the final few weeks of being pregnant and the Dr. stated it was once the load of the little one pulling ahead towards the typical role of my again. I am a small character and had a typical (7 pound little one). Good good fortune.
