Do Indonesion/Philipines men like Western/American woman??

I am just wondering,cause I live in Philadelphia,Pa & there are alot of men from Southeast Asia here.I find them very attractive.So they like Western women with agua-green eyes,long wavy brown hair,tall & a size 5 body??

I like them Western/American women as friends, but my preference for a mate would still be a lovely Filipina. So I married one.

Which history books have you been reading? Women weren't grateful for anything those years! It was just after the war and the men were coming back from overseas. Women had been in the factories doing men's jobs, driving ambulances and ferrying aircraft. The men returned wanting to settle down. We'd had five whole years of deprivation and danger, so a little nest with a husband and 2.4 children looked like peace. The men were not saturated with recreational drugs and pornography then, and after five years in the services they were fit and lean. What are you offering?

Having traveled the world....been immersed in many culture.... I find men more than women are attracted to the different ....the exotic....
Middle Eatern men like blondes.....particularly rubenesque figured women.....
Caribbean men have similar tastes......
Italians have similar taste to some Filipinos.....they like whites alabaster skin....
Many Americans like beautiful cinnamin brown skin, hense lots of American women roast themselves daily trying to get a tan
I find basing your relationship on superficial secondary features a VERY poor basis for building a relationship.
I was in the Philippines a year before I even thought about dating anyone. I found Pinays to be some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen, but I was not interested in just beauty. I fell in love with what was INSIDE my wife before I even noticed she was beautiful on the outside..

Yes, I find western women exotic and attractive. I'm from the Philippines and my first girl friend here was a pretty American girl from Paramus, New Jersey. Her parents liked me a lot, too. Sadly, because I was in the U.S. Navy and always away, our romance didn't gel well enough to last. But her brother and I remained friends.

i am from philippines and there are lots of reason why we like western women and there are so many reason why we might not like them .

reasons why we like them
1. green eyes and blue eyes is not normal for us
2. thinking that our children might be taller than us is one target
3. we are tired of looking brown skin and white skin is new to us
4. we like long nose and blond hairs
5. we are not so handsome that it is our pride to get a pretty white woman
6. white woman seems to look and think happy all the time and excited in every thing that happens (not kill joy)
7. yes the grass is greener on the other side

reasons why we might like them
1. we are raised differently like we are not vulgar not liberated, we hate no string-attached relationships
2. relatives might think that we are after for money(sometimes correct)
3. we dont want a broken family
4. we marry one girl and that we hope its for life
5. they might not try to stick to us when financial problem comes
6. they might not care for our siblings and parents while we do until they get old
7. filipina girls help their husband in household things and support their husband which we might not find it in western women
8. we are more on love and respect than money and comfort
even if we fight many times most of married couples here last for 47 years old marriage
9. we value marriage too much as if it a promise to God and to our relative and that we take pride that we get old with same partner to the rest of our poor life.
10. we are more concerned if they stick to us so fear might make us to not like them.

we like them mostly for physical aspects and we like filipina girl more on attitude and the tradition and concept they keep to their self.

yes poverty is a very strong factor that traditions has been broken into pieces

Physical attraction, probably but when it comes to marriage there might be a cultural disconnect. You have to ask another question for that.
