To give you an example, notice the effects of ones love you will see what their cause is. I focus on helping each and every one and strive to act with love for them.. This could be called a primary focus but ultimately love lifts our mind into truth.

Love is not always done with caresses, sometimes we get a good whack and feel the pain. If you focus on love for all our world one aspect causes you to grieve greatly as you come into knowledge of our origin, this will give way to happiness and complete love, become full of it you can.
