where does it hurt? Is the pain getting worse? It could be trapped wind (funny yes, but can be very very painful) Laying in the fetus position helps as it stops all your other organs pressing against each other. Get a hot water bottle, take some painkillers. If you are unsure, please call the nhs helpline 0845 4567
