It's by ex Four Seasons (the 60s band) lead singer Frankie Valli. It's actually called "Can't Take my Eyes off of You". Video below is from 1967 with whole band singing the song.
Best known to younger folks as the song that the marching band plays when the Australian guy (whose name escapes me) sings over the school PA system in the movie 10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU.

No, it's called "Can't Take My Eyes Off You". It was made famous by Frankie Valli in the late 1960s. It's been covered many times by many artists (Sinatra, Manic Street Preachers, The Killers, The Supremes, etc.).
