Last year I drank early morning gin without eating when I suspected pregnancy, since then I have not taken in?

I took dry gin when I suspected to be pregnant last year and I loosed weight but now I have regained my self. But since then I have not taken in unlike before that I used to take in when ovulating.
Does it mean that I was affected and what do I do
