Spring forward kicks my @ss. It takes at least a month, sometimes 2 before I get back into the swing of things. Before they fixed my heart, I never got back into the swing of things, I would stay messed up until fall came back to save me.

It's harder for me to get back into things when I have to spring forward as I lose an hour of sleep and I feel it. I love when the clocks go back an hour to their original time as I feel more rejuvenated.

Fall back definitely! Springing forward sucks ***! That's why I wish we'd just pick one and stick with it. Personally, I like DST. I wish we'd just get on it and stay on it. But I don't get up at the crack of dawn when it's still dark outside.

I suppose springing forward is probably marginally harder in the short-term....but I prefer it in the long run. Having said that, I don't think my internal clock has known which time zone it is supposed to be in for a looonnnng time! lol

Because of the biological clock which is on standard time , natural time and will not change I would say going forward is more difficult because when it is 7:00 pm it is 7;00 pm on regular time but it is 8:00 pm on daylight savings time and 7 pm biologically.
