Not very often. Im still young and can't drive and walk around many places by my self but if I could and was old enough I would probably buy them some food. I would not give them money though! If you give them money thy could go and buy alcohol (how do you spell it?) and drugs and cigarettes!! And consedering they have such jacked up lives they probably would. But I feel bad to and I think people should help more and society should have jobs for them so they can build their lives!

Yes. And some of them can be helped and want to be helped. There are all sorts of people and organizations working in this area and they can use all the help they can get.
But part of the problem is some homeless don't want to be help, and in America, they can't be forced. You have a right to be homeless if you want to.
Only trained professionals can tell the difference. This is why these organizations are the best way to help. Amateurs tend not to have the skills to really make a difference.

i do. loads of times. sumtimes i want 2 create an awareness in yahoo Q&A. but i thot there wudn't b much response.

i feel for them everyday....and i help them out the best i can !!!...if they beg for money(i work downtown) i take them to a diner and make sure they eat...i don't give cash

my father has a lot of friends who has been thrown out of their own house by their children.......
i pity them though if only i had the $$$
