In Internet Explorer go to tools at the top, internet options, advanced, click on restore defaults. go to this webpage http://campusone.ulster.ac.uk/potential/settings.php and it will tell you halfway down if its enabled. If that doesnt work try downloading this: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

If that doesnt work erm.....somebody else might be able to help...

P.S. Javascript and Java are two different things. Just so you know. So you'll have to enable Javascript and download Java to use Facebook to the fullest.

Also, you might try a different browser, since your browser seems to be the problem.
