kegel's exercises is about it, unless you want to talk to your gynecologist about surgery to tighten you up, which isn't a good idea if you haven't had a child yet, if you ever do such a surgery would make it impossible to deliver naturally, you'd then have to have a c-section. So do your kegels religiously.

The only thing that you can do, aside from surgery, is to strengthen those Kegel muscles. The easiest way to do this is when you are urinating stop your urine mid stream then release then stop. If your muscles are weak you may not be able to stop it at first but the more you practice the better it will get. Also the longer you hold your urine in the stronger they will get, that is why a truck driver has better kegel muscles than a pregnant woman. Once you have tried the urinating and stopping you will be able to feel the muscles and what it feels like to have them tight. You can then tighten those muscles anytime of day even while you are sitting and watching TV, or working.

Your condition -while not very common- is nothing extraordinary. However the therapy is surgery. There is a very simple surgical intervention called - not so ironically - "husband's knot", which can resolve your problem. Most of the time we perform this on ladies who have given birth and who have a ruptured mesenterium, (we do the two repairs at the same time) because usually the problem presents itself after 2 or more births. It is really no big deal as far as operations are concerned. So see your OB GYN and he will explain in more detail.

Unless you've had kids you shouldn't be stretched out. And having sex with a bigger guy isn't going to stretch you out. Only having something as big as a baby pass through there is going to do that. I think maybe your boyfriend is too small or not doing something right. If he doesn't like it from the back then tell him not to do it from the back. Sorry I can't give you more advice, but don't assume something is wrong with YOU. It might be him.

Kegal are very good programs and does help of lot. If I were you, talk your gynecologist about this. If you planning to tighten up your private part. Your doctor will give you advice what you should do before you make your decision.

Do kegals galore. Then while having sex, get use to 'clamping' down, or squeeze as if you are trying to hold on to his willy. It will feel good for him.
