i had sex last night around 10:00pm and woke up this morning around 10:00 am and was up for about an hour feeling naseuous and then i threw up. and i still feel a bit naseous. could i be pregnant ? this is cycle day 10 for me.

No. Morning sickness is thought to be caused by the pregnancy hormone HCG. This isnt produced until the egg has been fertilised and implants into the uterine wall. This usually happens between 7 and 10 days past ovulation.
Cycle day 10 is also very early for ovulation. Not impossible, but not likely.

No, it's way too soon. Once the egg is fertilized it actually takes about 8-10 days to implant itself. You probably just have a bug.
