i decided not to ask any other question , but all my friends said to keep going with my questions , so finally i changed my mind...

You can definitely say no to your friends when you don't want to do something. If they are pressuring you to do something wrong you SHOULD say no! But of course you will have the power to say no to something you don't like or you don't want to do. If they hate you for saying no then they aren't really your friends. They should respect you!

You can't so no because you love us like we love you! We are all special to each other in a special way. We would miss you and you would miss us. We would have no idea where your beautiful heart was and if it was OK

Low self-esteem, maybe? Thinking they won't like you if you said no. Try it anyway, I bet they still do. They may even actually respect you for standing up for yourself. If they don't, find new friends.

I know the feeling and I don't think its because you want them to yes to you or make them feel they owe you, its called kindness.
