Breasts are very fatty. Fat cells expand when one gets fatter & shrink when one loses weight. Not noticed any fat on a penis in anatomy books. So, sorry, gaining weight is of no help to you guys.

That would be amazing.
But unfortunately no, it does not.
Actually a man being fat can effect his ability to become erect...the cholestorol in his blood may clog his arteries imparing blood flow :(
So sad.

no its just the opposite... when a guy gets fat his penis gets smaller because all the fat around the belly grows around it.....

No, that's not true. My husband says it's actually the opposite. He says weight gain pulls more skin away from that area..... or something.
I'm not sure I believe that either, but he says it's true.
