A wood PELLET stove will run you around $1200, a woopd pellet furnace will run $2,000 or more. then theres insulated stove pipe,
$ 40 a section, a stove board $ 20, wood pellets $45 a ton,

A bit more detail might help; no offense.
Are you suggesting a whole house "Furnace" for heating; that uses wood chips for fuel???
Are you suggesting a wood burning stove for heating?
Define "Plant"...To me that suggests more than a smallish operation.
Obviously location/ availability of such a device/ availability of the proper species of wood (Chipped)/ your intent/ budget/ might impact cost.
No sarcastic intent, but do you want to HEAT wood chips?
