my last boss used to do all kinds of creative things as gifts because even though we worked for a larger company, the company didn't give us any holiday bonus, so it was up to our boss to take care of it on a small budget . . . gift cards, even if they're only $10, are a huge help especially if they're from a grocery store or target. also she might give us all an extra day off . . . to figure it out, we'd just write different dates on a sheet of paper, clip them up and put them into a dish . . . we'd each pick one and that's the day we got . . . then there was not bickering about who got what day off and why and it was fair. she would also sometimes throw a little party at her own house for drinks and dinner, usually a few weeks before or a few weeks after christmas so we didn't feel like it conflicted with everything else we had going on. or we'd just do a happy hour at a mexican restaurant or something. or, to make it easier, the last day of work before the holidays, she made it kind of fun and not like a work day so much, letting us wear jeans that week and then setting up a grazing buffet for the whole day . . . there are a lot of things you can do but mostly, it's the idea that you care at all and want to give little perks like casual days, days off and food!

Put a notice asking them what their likes are and then buy them each a gift card to that particular place. Of course keep it under control so your not running all over the place to 10 different stores. Have a great holiday!

You did no longer point out the gender of your bosses, yet ordinarily, many human beings provide a container of candies with a card, or maybe alcohol in case you think of they could savor it. you will get a first rate bottle of wine for in common terms $20 on the liquor shop, and the primary complete-time team are very knowledgeable approximately their products. could desire to you have a vineyard close by, you are able to desire to pattern a pair of varieties of wine till now determining what to purchase. And wine is going with the two chocolate or cheese..

My former supervisor got us Ceramic Coffee Cups and personalized them with Permanent Markers or paint. She sometimes got us, those Tins of Popcorn or the Tins of Danish Cookies. We were never unhappy to get comfort foods.

Bring breakfast in for the office. Bagels & cream cheese, fruit, coffee, muffins or danish. You can do quite a holiday spread for under $100.

Give them each a turkey. Or a $10 card to a grocery store, most everyone cooks big meals during the holiday season.

something original and fun while boosting office moral...tall order to fill but i though of it while reading the question. Print out some nice official looking get out of work free certificates entitling them to one free day off work with out needing a dr's note. a fun day. Wouldn't cost you much and would be spaced out and they would think you were the best boss ever.
