If you're eating a balanced diet you wouldn't need any supplements, but....... if you eat alot of junk food, since you're practically an adult, I'd skip the kiddie vitamins and go for the real deal. Go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist what he or she recommends. But truly, in a pinch, unless you eat total crap, the Flinestones should be okay.

Hello

First of all I wouldn't recommend you to take chemical vitamin pills, because you don't need them really. They're only waist of time and money.

You can have all vitamins with a healthy alimentation and it's cheaper than take chemical multi vitamis pills. Try to eat 5 times everyday fruits and vegetables if it's possible, so you have all vitamins that you need daily. It's simple and the most best way to stay healthy and not to spend a lot of money to chemical products.

There is controversy that Vitamin pills are not recommended.

You're 17 and I think you should take something with higher doses of vitamins because flintstones are for children 12 and below. As an adult, you need more so you should a take a multi designed for adults, I don't like to mention brands but you can go to GNC if you like. They have stuffs for your age.
