Rumors are circulating around Philly that both Donovan McNabb and Andy Reid have associated themselves with organized crime families and things have turned for the worst. There is speculation that they are being forced to lose games especially with McNabb uncharacteristicly making bad throws and Andy Reid's questionable play-calling. I am a huge Eagles fan, and I think that those rumors are just that: rumors... people are making outlandish speculations to help themselves cope with the Eagles not living up to their potential this season....
the eagles just tend to dissapoint some times (too often), and philly fans need to learn to accept that, cause i have, even though i still watch all the games and love them

That one pick to Ken Hamlin was the absolute worst play I have seen McNabb make. He throws less interceptions per attempt than practically anyone in the NFL, and as he was throwing it I started yelling at him before he even released. The receiver had two defenders under him, and one over. He didn't have 5 yards of space in any direction, and McNabb didn't even look at another receiver. If Hamlin didn't pick it off, any of the other two would have. Awful, and that pretty much sealed the game because a decent drive would have put the Eagles back in the game.
My biggest problem with this whole game was that the Eagles would come out in 3 WR sets. The cowboys would counter with a dime, regardless of what down it was. On first down, you have three wideouts, Westbrook in the backfield, and a TE on the field staring at a spread out dime defense.... how do you not change into a running play??? I could not believe how awful their playcalling has been.

Some of McNabbs throws were a bit off target but that's what happens when your under pressure. I think Reid wanted to throw deep but the Cowboys were in the dime package most of the evening and no body was open..
The Eagles are bad but I don't think we can blame it on the mob..

You wish, they are just horrible. No offense and after last night bad D. If they do have mob ties I think it is time to fit them for some cement shoes and throw them in the Schuylkill. I knew they were questionable but yeesh now they're just embarrassing.

Wow, I never thought of it that way. It is weird how the Eagles are doing coincidentally horrible this year. So I would say that it is possible but i hope not.

Nah, when Reid's two sons got arrested, they told the Eagle's players where their stash was. It is hard to play football when you are rolling on X and/or zonked out on heroin.
