I fell off an 8ft ladder and landed straight on my back to a concrete floor. Bruised back from top to rear. Broke coccyx. Cause that severe fall cause lumbar lordosis

I don't think so, since that is a curvature of the spine, which would have to be either congenital or due to some kind of structural change in your spine. You certainly could have all kinds of other problems, though, and I'm sorry for your accident.

Lordosis refers to the concave curvature of the spine. Most people have lumbar lordosis. There is something wrong with you if you don't. Do you mean that your natural lordosis has be exaggerated? Well, trauma could cause an increase in lordosis, but I can't see what it would have to do with your coccyx. Your tailbone is vestigial, well unless you still have a tail. However, that level of trauma could potentially have damaged a disk or fractured a vertebrae. Either a herniated disk or a compression fracture of a lumbar vertebrae could explain an increase in your natural lordosis.

no, lumbar lordosis is something that happens over time, actually lordosis is not what would happen if you landed on your back. lordosis is pulling of the spine towards the front, usually due to obesity and poor posture.
