I squeeze lemon juice over the fish. Cover the fish/plate with microwave-safe plastic wrap, turning back the corner of the wrap to allow excess steam to escape. Microwave on High for a short time. Leave covered while it stands.
The fish continues to cook during the standing time so microwave for the minimum time and let it stand whilst covered to complete cooking. Decorate with parsley. Yumm.

You can't "steam" fish in a microwave.
Those microwaves are cooking anything that
contains water that is in the oven.
If you wrap the fish in a 'microwave safe`
plastic wrap or you might get a better result.

May I assume that you want to "STEAM" your fish instead of "streaming" it? However, I prefer to STEAM my fish the regular way in a wok on the stove. It tastes better that way, because it comes out tender and not overcooked. Microwave ovens cook from the inside out.

They Promoted Ziploc's steamer bags on the biggest loser show. They have recipe guides printed on them. make sure to thaw fish first, I don't think they were using frozen filets. if its not in your to get the bags. you might try the food network website for tips.

have you tried to add a bit moisture? if you are into healthy food you probably won't add some butter, but you can sparkle the fish with water
