Yeah, actually I feel more tired than when we spring forward. Well, now instead of waking up at 3 a.m. I get to wake up at 2 a.m....Why can't they just leave it alone!! then I was ready to go to bed at 630 when it was dark. Sex? Well no, it hasn't effected that at all, still not getting any. I think I'll join a convent, do I have to be Catholic?

yes, it takes me several days to adjust. It makes for a long night when the sun sets at 5:00 now, and I swear I'm ready for bed at 6.

The darkness coming so danged early is what bugs me.
Takes a while to get used to and I am not so sure it doesn't mess us up a bit mentally some.
And you all know I don't need any help in that department!!!
