Students aren't usually paid. Do you mean the cost of tuition for an international student? Very few international students anywhere are part-time, because you usually cannot work on a student visa, nor can you get such a visa by taking less than a full-time courseload. The only exceptions I can think of would be someone here for another purpose (someone permitted to come to Canade to marry a Canadian, for example) who then wanted to go to school. My guess is that you would then pay the normal part-time tuition.
