doing alot of good turns?

I dont do that many good turns. I rather isolate myself these days. Something I must break out of.

I don't quite know what you mean by "good turns", but I only get dizzy once in a while when I get up to fast or am out in the heat to long.
I used to get dizzy and pass out a lot when I was pregnant, but that was many moons ago.

No, I try to do good turns when I can and it makes me more balanced.
I do get motion sicknesses very easily though and that makes me dizzy.

No only when I spin around too fast. The grandkids always want to spin and that makes me very dizzy.

LOL, yes! Even my chihuahua gets dizzy chasing her tail and will fall over, get up and do it again. Just like children do!

I get dizzy when I have had my head in the flowerbed, and I get ready to stand up.
