Most of the Katrina victims would rather receive handouts than education, therefore the money would be wasted. It would be better if she invested her "hard-earned scandalous money" in Communist countries like China, especially since they can get her elected and aid in converting the US into a Communist empire with her as supreme leader.

Liberals only use the taxpayers money to donate to there base, not there own money. Unfortunately , we have a government that only works for the rich and big business. That is who the cons and libs look out for, not the average American. We need to get rid of all of them, and start all over. That is the only way that we will have a government that is for the people, and not just the rich American. I use to work for Wal-Mart when i was in college, and one of Sam Walton's sons died while flying his private plane. They sent out all of these papers with his picture and his lists of accomplishments. His crowning achievement in life is that he had gotten the federal government to donate millions of dollars to a charity in Arkansas.When he died he was worth over 19 Billion dollars. And his great feat was getting taxpayers to give money to a charity. This is how the super rich stay super rich.

Hillary Clinton has actually given more of her own cash to the Katrina funds then most Americans. You will find both of the Clintons on the donor list to the education and recovery funds.
