Love it. Charming characters, well-developed mythology, and a message of tolerance and personal responsibility. If you are a religious zealot, you will not enjoy it. Otherwise, I definitely recommend.

Average fantasy for children some good characters but let down by its blatant attack on the Christian faith which is very apparent in the third book The Amber Spyglass.

Love it, especially the part against organized religion.
