Element is formed only by atoms and not molecules. So there is only a limited number of atoms 120 at that moment in which a great part is radioactive!
The differece with a molecule is that a molecule contains more than 1 atom

An element is a pure substance that cannot be decomposed to a simpler substance by chemical means. (That lets out nuclear fission, bombardment, or decay reactions.)
