But you also have to have a really good deoderant - strange as it sounds I love the smell of deoderant when I hug my husband. I usually get him the after hours scent by old spice Red Zone. - very nice!

My all time favorite is CK-One.
I don't wear cologne any more. I've been with my significant other for 8 years, so my interest in fragrances has waned a bit. But I got lots of compliments from girls when I wore it during my college days(late 90's)...I'm not absolutely certain if they still sell it, but look into it.

Here's the best thing you can do:
Go take one of your female friends shopping with you.
Buy her lunch, and then have her go to the fragrance counter with you...
Colognes vary, and what works for one person does not work for another. Trust your opinion, and have your friend work as a sample for the taste of "women".
Buying only by brand name is foolish. While there are brand know for quality, just because it is a quality fragrance does not mean it will suit your individual tastes and chemistry.

Burberry is to die for on a man.I also like Bucheron,Hugo Boss,Kenneth Cole Black,Sean John is very sexy.Oh if you are on a budget Very Sexy for him at Victoria Secret.Or you can can do it old school with Polo

My favorite cologne is Kiton. It is nice because not many people have it or have even heard of it. I don't think you can get it at every department store, but I know they have it at Nordstroms. This is what I buy my husband and he loves it :)

I like the smell of Derek Jeter DRIVEN (only available thru AVON) Its not weak or strong that it burns your nose. The smell is just right.
