is a back pain a symption of fibriods?

Anytime you try to bend down, you feel pain at the back, the lower you bend, the pain climbs upwards. It is so painful that you cant bend further.

You might have a ovarian cyst.
It's good to go have an ultra sound down ASAP because they can rupture....

Yes, it's possible that this could be related to fibroids but other conditions like endometriosis is also a possibility. The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation.
