My website is www.edilfahmy.com, but when i type edilfahmy in yahoo or google i can't find anything. Is it going to come later?

You still need to submit to them... You need to have a website up first..

I don't know what the update time-frame is for big search engines like Yahoo, but it whould be up by the end of the day. If anything by the end of the week (if they update weekly).

Yes, give it a day or two for the DNS servers to update their data.
