I think you should make it a two-sided double purpose spoon. One end for mash potato flinging the end for belly making music!

Well that depends. Can the spoon hurl said potatoes at least 90 feet? Thats what I currently get out of my mashed potatoe launcher. I can hurl them up and over the woods across the street and hit the picture window of the house on the other side of the woods. That guy just thinks the birds around us take thick giant shiiits!

You are in major trouble in the event of a mashed potato war. My OWN tater flinger is a motorized wheel of spoons, 4 abreast and with 7 rows, running at 650 RPM, thus delivering creamed spuds at the rate of 8.4 lb per minute.
I made it from a discarded bubble machine.

Only If I could get the sole marketing rights as the only authorized replacement supplier of potatoes for Buk's potato flinger. hmmm I'd stock only Idaho's firm red potatotes at $ 3.29/lb

...sure and also buy stock in the potato market...open a franchise called Spud Launcher where people can, for a fee, rent one of your spoons and enter into playroom for spud slinging...kinda like a paint ball playground

One !!!, (What's its range ?), I need a whole battery of these things to make life more interesting in the old canteen.
Saturation firing is the thing to go for here, and a distinct hope
there'll be a lot of collateral damage to enjoy.
