Commercial copyrighted movies, no.

Links to copyrighted movies, yes.

Non-copyrighted movies, yes.

If it's illegal to copy from disk, it's also illegal to copy to a Blog.

do u mean commercial movies? Like Spider Man 3 or something, than no. It is illegal and you are violating the "display" version of the copyright law. You can post home-made movies, etc. but not ones that are copyrighted.
