Sound Of Silence by Simon and Garfunkle, because it is so me.

OR

Sympathy for the devil, because its funny to have played at a funeral.

OR

I'm forever blowing bubbles.

Because I used to sing that song as a child, all of the time, and I am so well known for constantly having a bottle of bubbles to blow when I feel that I want to. ^_^
Plus it describes me perfectly.

What song would you have playing?

X-x-X Luv Ya's! X-x-X

P.S Come to think of it, I have 2 more.

Her ghost in the fog by Cradle Of Filth, because I have a lot in common with the story of the girl, and it was my first fav song that I became truly addicted to.
or
Through the glass by Stonesour, just listen to the song. You should understand.

A Tout Le Monde (Set Me Free) - Megadeth

The lyrics are just so...perfect for a funeral, and the song suits me well.

Hollow & The Sleep - Pantera
Heaven's a Lie - Lacuna Coil
Get Out Alive - Three Days Grace
Amaranth - Nightwish
Sky - Ra (I shut my eyes...)
Time: The Beginning & Time: The End - Megadeth
Past it All - Nonpoint

My funeral's going to be one big rock concert. And that's what I fully feel that it should be: a big party to remember the lost, the good times you had with them. The memories you share with others.

Not some cry-fest where everyone feels like crap.

I'm not sure what song specifically, but I'd want it to be something that was really meaningful to me. Perhaps something by Evanescence or Nightwish. A song without a lot of emotion, but positive, I know Evanescence doesn't have a lot of positive songs, but their older stuff from origin and before that could be played, like Even in Death or maybe Before the Dawn.

I don't know yet, as it depends on how I die, and whether or not I have a song written for it. I plan on writing a song for every way I can reasonably expect I might die. For example, if I were to die of a heart attack, "Sorry I Died of a Heart Attack" by Anthony Spears would be the song to pick; if a gang-related shooting: "Yo, Anthony 'Thug Life' Spears Sends His Condolences For The Sudden Loss of Himself Due to A Gang-Related Homicide."

Maybe the song that was number one in the UK charts when I was born. Purely for the reason it opened and closed my life, possibly, I may change my mind in the future. Hoping I have a long future that is.

All I have to do is Dream - Everley Brothers

Heres hoping non of us have to worry about it for a long long time

"Into The West" by Annie Lennox. It was the last piece of music in the Lord Of The Rings trilogy and I adore it. It has such an emotional impact on me.

Well, I have conflicting emotions and thoughts. I like a happy song, like "The future is so bright, I gotta wear shades"

But if I had to pick one, I would choose...
"Amazing Grace"
For me, the song has always felt special, it reaches deep into my heart and soul. Plus I know I am saved by Grace from God through His Son, Jesus Christ. For me then, this song now became personal as of last year June. God bless, great question.

Woof, dude, great choice man, great choice.
