It means six tenty-seven am and seven seconds. Anything after the 2nd : is seconds.

there are 24 hours in a day so the the 20: 29:06 would be the same as 8:29:06 this is military time

Military time, a 24 hour clock.

06:27:07 is 6:27 AM

20:27:07 is 6:27 PM (20 hours -12 hours = 6 PM)

Each increment is broken down to hour, minute, and seconds. The latter is military time, on a 24 hour clock, with the same break down.

the first 2 digits represent the hour (On the 24 hour clock 00 through to 24.
The next 2 digits represent the minuites (00 through to 60)
The last 2 digits represent the seconds (00 through to 60)

standard time is 6 hours, 27 minutes and 7 seconds in military time it would be 6 A.M ......6 P.M. would be 18 hours
