Yes.
It depends on the blockage.
They can force fluid through the tubes and that will unblock some. If it is a kink, then they use a wire like device and straighten it out.
Like I said it depends.

I'm assuming that you had an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) that diagnosed your blocked tubes?

It's not always possible for tubes to be unblocked, it just depends on the amount of damage. Your best bet is to consult with a reproductive endocrinologist.

if your tubes are tied what you would be doing is a tubal reversal. talk to your primary care physician and insurance and you can probably get the process going.

if they are blocked for some other reason the best thing you can do is see a specialist.

either way, you'll be spending a lot of time in OBGYN

You can get them unblocked or untied only if you didn't get them burned. If you got them burned then they are completely separated and can't be repaired. It takes a lot of money to reverse those type of procedures. Good luck!!!
