It's the seventh and final movement of the Orchestral Suite No 2 in B minor BWV 1067 by Johann Sebastian Bach. This suite is famous for its 'obbligato' solo flute part, the 'Badinerie' being the most famous movement of all.

Baroque suites such as this usually consisted of a grand 'Overture' followed by a series of dance movements. The Bach 2nd suite follows this patteren, the Overture being followed by a Rondeau, a Sarabande, a Bourée, a Polonaise, a Minuet and finally the Badinerie. Badineries were quite unusual in suites. A 'badinerie' or 'badinage' is a lively French dance that takes its name from the French verb 'badiner' (to jest).
