If you get them thinner, it would be pretty noticeable. But if you tell the person doing it to keep it natural but just to get rid of stray hairs to make it look cleaner, your mom shouldn't notice.
Ask your mom why she's so against it. I started doing mine when I was 12, and that's the perfect age for anyone. If her only reason is because you're too young, just tell her that you really want to get them done because you hate how they look. Don't mention that all your friends have it otherwise she'll be like "don't fall to peer pressure" and all that jazz.
However, I must warn that maintaining eyebrows can be quite a hassle. You'll have to get them done every week or so, depending on the person you go to.

I wanted to get mines done at 12 too but my mom wouldn't let me till I was 14
just wait a little while I'm sure your mom will let you get them done soon enough

No, do not sneak. My mother didn't allow me to do it till I was 12 and she noticed the other girls in school didn't have a monobrow. My dad was the one expressly forbidding it, but she took care of it herself one day and then presented me to Dad and said I had needed it as a part of the process of growing up. I had an Iranian penpal who wasn't allowed till 16. Maybe you are in a religious or other situation where it's not completely your mother forbidding? In any case, do not sneak, or they will lose trust and faith in you!
Your parents WILL notice if you "just" get rid of stray hairs. It makes a difference. :-)

No, you should never do that. I wouldn't if I were you. And please, you are still 12. I got mine done when I was 16, now I am almost 17! It won't hurt to wait a little! ( I had a monobrow)!
